We have recently completed the landscape construction of the Central Lake located in the heart of Lanser’s Virginia Grove residential development, redefining urban landscaping and community engagement. This project was designed to rejuvenate the lake and its surroundings, creating a vibrant space for recreation, biodiversity and social engagement.
A Large-Scale Landscape Transformation
The Virginia Grove Central Lake project was a significant undertaking, requiring strategic planting to create a balanced and sustainable landscape.
To establish a rich and diverse green space, GreenInc planted 136 trees and nearly 11,000 plants, providing shade, habitat and aesthetic value. Additionally, we installed 6,000m² of premium turf and 3,500m² of garden beds, ensuring a lush and inviting space for visitors to enjoy. These not only improve water retention, soil health and erosion control, but also give the local residents and wildlife a beautiful space to enjoy.
At the heart of this transformation is a state-of-the-art irrigation system, designed to deliver water efficiently while minimising waste, maintain a lush landscape and support plant health, ensuring the space remains ecologically sustainable, vibrant and self-sustaining.
A Space Designed for the Community
