The Stage 3 Reserve is part of the UDIA SA Award-winning Fairland residential development. In winning the Residential Subdivision Award at the 2024 UDIA SA Awards for Excellence, the Entrance has been recognised for its exceptional design, thoughtful planning, and community-focused development. We are proud to have contributed to this by creating the vibrant Stage 3 Reserve.
This reserve offers a perfect blend of natural elements and modern amenities, creating an inclusive environment for residents of all ages and abilities.
Reserve Features
Play Area
At the heart of the reserve there is an exciting play area featuring state-of-the art equipment. Here children can explore, climb, and slide to their hearts' content.
Gardens
Spanning an impressive 1,200 square metres, the meticulously landscaped gardens we installed showcase a diverse array of native and ornamental plants. These gardens not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the reserve but also promote local biodiversity.
Expansive Lawn
The reserve boasts over 2,000 square metres of lush, green lawn, creating the ideal area for picnics, informal sports, or simply relaxing in the sun.
Thriving Flora
Our dedicated team has carefully planted and nurtured 2,835 plants throughout the reserve which has created a lovely ecosystem.
Nature Play Elements
Embracing the concept of natural play, we installed 52 feature rocks into the landscape, which encourage children to engage with nature in creative ways.
Inclusive Amenities
We installed an all-abilities drinking fountain and a DDA-compliant picnic setting, which ensures that everyone can enjoy the space comfortably.
