GreenInc has grown out of APG, Bedford's garden maintenance business, and offers employment for people of all abilities. As GreenInc is backed by Bedford, all profits are reinvested in Bedford's purpose of supporting people with disability to live the life they choose.

Jason O'Donohue
General Manager
With over 36 years of experience in landscape construction, Jason is a passionate leader who started his career as a landscape apprentice. Jason has expertise in partnership and project management and all areas of landscape construction.
Dee Major
Estimating and Contracts Manager
Dee oversees all tenders for GreenInc, from contracts being awarded through to successful project completion. Dee's attention to detail and passion for delivering the best outcomes for our stakeholders and projects as a whole is evident in the way she goes about her job every day.
John Eustace
Operations Manager
John manages GreenInc’s landscape construction projects in central and southern Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills. John says "Everyone at GreenInc feels appreciated and it’s great working for a company that has such great values. Helping GreenInc achieve success is one of many of the highlights that comes from working here. We have a very highly skilled team with a great culture, which ultimately makes my role at times quite easy."
Craig Schapel
Northern Operations Manager
Craig has been in the landscape construction industry for more than 20 years. As our Northern Operations Manager, Craig enjoys developing teams that strive for high performance and working together to create a positive environment every day. Craig says “It’s really rewarding to build green spaces from scratch and just as rewarding to work with a team of people of all abilities, supporting them to grow and learn new skills. For me, the work we do and the people we do it with are equally important. That’s what makes this job so meaningful."
Albie Grove
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Albie manages maintenance contracts for government, developers, council and commercial clients. In his role, Albie takes pride in being able to foster skills in GreenInc’s workforce, watching as their skillsets grow and develop throughout their time with the organisation.
